Terms & Conditions

  • Proposal is valid for 7 days, and will be considered null and void should no payment be remitted within 7 days. 

  • All rentals are for 24 hours.

  • A 50% non-refundable pre-payment is required to confirm all equipment reservations, with full payment due 5 days prior to delivery or pick-up date.

  • Any order cancelled within three days of delivery or pick-up incurs a 100% cancellation charge. 

  • Rentals are subject to an 8% SC sales tax

  • Prices do not reflect delivery fee.

  • Flat rate drop off/pickup fee of $100 applies for all rentals in Columbia SC; fee may increase depending on location. (does not apply to tents and patio furniture).

  • Client may opt to pick up certain items, thus waiving delivery fee. A valid government photo ID (license, military ID, or state-issued ID only) is required for all pick-up orders. Late returns will incur additional charges.

  • Quote reflects 1st floor delivery. Please advise what floor if event is not on 1st floor.  Advise if elevator is available.

  • Quote reflects rental and delivery only; does not reflect set up or break down or applying linens! (Exception: tents and patio furniture)

  • Set up, breakdown, and application of linens available for additional fee.

 

Damage waiver: For security against damaged items, a 12% damage waiver fee will be applied to all equipment orders. This fee will be refunded provided all items are returned damage-free. Damage waiver does not cover loss, theft, or gross negligence.
